Why does one earbud sometimes fade in and out?
-Most often it is the battery needing recharged, if that does not work, please power off the Ear Buds until you hear “power off”. Then switch the Budmi™ Ear Buds back on again and wait for the “Power on” message. Once you are at this point, you press and hold the middle of either Budmi™ for 8 seconds, this will remove the device from the paired device and allow you to start over again.
What happens when I can’t get a connection with the earbuds to my Bluetooth device?
– Once you have turned on your Budmi™ Ear Buds, open the Bluetooth menu on your device and then push the center on one Budmi™ for 3 seconds until the red light flashes, then press and hold the middle of the other Budmi™ for 5 seconds. You will see the device “EI”, this is your Budmi™ Bluetooth signal. After pairing one time, your Budmi™ Ear Buds will pair automatically.
